A Finnish telecom company headquartered in England was facing several app issues. The client had an Open Stack Cloud deployed in their environment and there were multiple Telco applications running on their Open Stack cloud and all of which were in production. They requested VaporVM to help them with a solution to monitor these applications, the open stack cloud itself, and other data center resources all in one place.

Solution

VaporVM Team proposed and deployed Zabbix network monitoring software tool which is used to monitor and track the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure: servers, network devices and other IT assets.

VaporVM Team had deployed a highly available monitoring application, enabled multi tenancy, added resources into Zabbix for monitoring, set alarm triggers, enabled notifications, and quality assurance.
