Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtualization & Migrations: Manage VMware environments, perform migrations and upgrades.
- Azure Expertise: Oversee Azure Stack HCI, Azure public cloud services, and Azure Arc implementations.
- Microsoft Technologies: Manage Microsoft M365, Exchange Online, Entra, and patch management tools.
- Open Source Virtualization: Utilize Proxmox and other platforms.
- Hyper-V Management: Configure and maintain Hyper-V environments.
- HCI & Storage Solutions: Implement Dell VxRail HCI, and manage Dell, Pure, and EMC storage systems.
- Monitoring & Patch Management: Use PRTG for proactive monitoring and vulnerability patch management.
- ITIL & ServiceNow: Apply ITIL principles and use ServiceNow for IT service management.
